Summer's Vineyard sits on 24 acres over looking the Blue Mountains. The vineyard will be planted starting near the top of the property at an elevation of up to 3,000 feet. The first blocks are laid out to add new blocks east and west, before heading further downhill. A track and winch will eventually be used to haul harvests up the hillside to the road.
